Everyday challenges end with either stress or frustration. Discuss the best ways to relax when under pressure of everyday life.





Tip 1


Swimming

Ok, yes going swimming. Don’t we know how relaxing it can be! we would say that wouldn't we, but it happens to be true.



Tip 2 Music

Music is very helpful when you feel the tension from stress.

If you feel tensions rising play something relaxing, like classical music or music that relates or relaxes the mood.



Tip 3 Be Visual

Visualization can be very relaxing when use to help with mental health and well-being.

Having a quiet place to self reflect can be very helpful when wanting to see the bigger picture


Tip 4 Be Adventures



Explore things outdoors. Nature walks can be very helpful when relaxing. Being adventures can help with conquering fears and an anxieties.



Tip 5 Deep breathing/Meditation

When being able to find your mental space. It comes from deep breathing and meditating. I found that this helps with everyday stress take a deep breath you got this. This helps in tip 3
