  4. Adequate sleep: Getting enough sleep is beneficial for good mental health. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

  5. Avoiding caffeine and alcohol: Caffeine and alcohol can exacerbate anxiety symptoms and interfere with sleep, so it's best to avoid them or limit their consumption.

Anxiety disorders are complex and can vary from person to person. Some people may be genetically predisposed to anxiety.
