Building your capacity for gratitude isn’t difficult. It just takes practice. The more you can bring attention to what you feel grateful for, the more you’ll notice what to feel grateful for!


Try some of these helpful gratitude ways to improve your mental health and well-being.



Start Journaling

Journaling allows you to express how you feel with a pen to paper. Writing down up to five things for which you feel grateful can help with self-care. Acknowledge the things we are grateful for.


Share Your Gratitude with Others.

Expressing gratitude can help strengthen relationships, and friendships So the next time your partner, friend, or family member does something you appreciate, be sure to let them know.
