In therapy, you may spend time talking about what happened in your childhood, but in life coaching, we're only concerned with what's happening now and what needs to happen next.
Life coaching can be especially beneficial for people who have had trouble making changes in the past because they have not been given the tools needed to set goals, develop motivation, and stay focused on their progress.
Life coaches will be able to give them those tools so that they can make lasting changes instead of just going through the motions again and again without really getting anywhere!
